Our Brand
Who are we
At the time of the Enlightenment, the work of the hosier consisted of making socks and hats to sell them at the market. This profession, resulting from the arrival of a new technique for weaving yarn, has revolutionized the ways of doing things and the making of clothes. This new technique made it possible to weave the thread by giving it elasticity, which led to the creation of new products such as the invention of the sock.
We chose this name because it recalls the work of the craftsman and the pride of a job well done, but also, it recalls innovation.
Isabelle Marcotte and Henry Cho are not only the founders of the company, but also a couple in life. They combine their love of the arts to create a clothing line perfect for cottage living.
Our products
We offer three categories of products, a collection of merino wool outerwear, virgin wool socks, and our famous "funky t-shirts" which are soft and soft. All our products are entirely made in Quebec. In this way, we reduce the ecological footprint of the products. From design to finished product, all manufacturing steps are carried out by hand in our workshop.
Screen printing in artisanal production on clothing.
Our production is artisanal because all the steps are carried out by hand and not using an automated mechanism. We use eco-friendly water-based inks to make our prints.
